You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your password, OTP, or other access credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, security compromise, or misuse of your account, you must contact official customer care promptly.

Mahadev App may suspend, review, or restrict an account where identity, security, ownership, eligibility, or compliance concerns arise. This may include cases involving unusual activity, conflicting information, suspected fraud, chargeback risk, or suspected violation of these Terms. You agree to cooperate with reasonable review requests made through official channels.

Where the platform supports deposits, balances, withdrawals, winnings, or other financial features, all such activity is subject to internal review, applicable rules, security checks, and platform procedures. Mahadev App reserves the right to delay, limit, reverse, or refuse processing where it believes verification, compliance, security, or legal concerns apply. Users are responsible for reviewing the rules attached to any financial feature before use.

Different games on the platform may be governed by specific rules, interaction formats, timing structures, or participation conditions. By using any game, you agree to review and comply with the applicable game rules where displayed. Mahadev App reserves the right to correct obvious display errors, technical mistakes, or system anomalies affecting results, balances, or presentation.

If the platform provides bonuses, promotional campaigns, referral programs, or other offers, those items may be governed by additional terms. Mahadev App reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, particularly in cases of misuse, abuse, duplicate accounts, or suspected bad-faith behavior.

Mahadev App promotes responsible platform use. Users must treat gaming and betting activity as entertainment and not as a guaranteed source of income. If you believe your use of the platform is becoming difficult to control, you should stop using the service and contact support for information about available account restrictions, breaks, or responsible gaming assistance.

Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, downloading the Mahadev App, accessing Mahadev App login, or using any part of the platform. If Mahadev App reasonably believes an account is connected to underage use, it may suspend or terminate the account immediately and take any action considered necessary to protect the platform.

All platform content, design elements, software, text, graphics, logos, layout, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Mahadev App unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Your use of the platform is also subject to the Mahadev App Privacy Policy. By using Mahadev Book, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected, used, stored, and processed in accordance with that policy and applicable requirements.

Mahadev App reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account or part of the platform at its discretion where it believes a user has violated these Terms, created a security risk, provided false information, engaged in misuse, or acted unlawfully. Suspension or termination may occur with or without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.

Mahadev Book is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Mahadev App does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy of all displayed information, or that the platform will always operate free from errors, delays, or technical interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahadev App and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses linked to access delays, technical issues, unauthorized access, data loss, or user error.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mahadev App, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of any right of another person or entity.

Mahadev App may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted on the platform unless otherwise stated. Continued use of Mahadev Book after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and platform operating requirements. Users remain responsible for compliance with the legal rules that apply in their own location.
